AX'Immobilier, based in the heart of the beautiful Provençale village of Callian in the Var (Department 83), is a truly independent real estate agency with a proud 25-year heritage where we place you the customer at the centre of our business. This allows us to be proudly at your side and to offer you a personal and customised service, ensuring that we understand your requirements in detail and then work tirelessly on your behalf.

With us, there are no strict, pre-defined, “one-size-fits-all" processes, but instead a service adapted to each person’s needs. This is our DNA and our primary motivation, which we summarise as "A truly different service".

I created and established AX'Immobilier more than 25 years ago to be different: not to be yet another agency among thousands of others, but to offer you another, better way of working, another, better way of approaching your projects and another, better way of listening. We offer an ear that will listen to your needs, understand in detail what you are telling Us, and strive tirelessiy to deliver exactly what you are looking for, courteously and in a friendly and welcoming environment.

Through the comprehensive knowledge and experience derived from working for more than 40 years in the county of Fayence, it has been possible for us to develop and federate an outstanding team of experts and craftsmen in all the relevant fields of construction who will be able to guide you through all the stages and processes associated with your project. Quite simply, all of us at Ax'Immobilier endeavour to offer you a truly efficient after-sales service and we are proud to see this as one of our strengths.

I haven't always been a real estate agent but | always dreamed of it. | started working in interior decoration by offering works of art and decorative objects, then | realised my dream by first being an estate agent for another agency in the country, then | opened my own agency, moving it to the heart of the village of Callian in order to be openly visible and accessible. After this | wanted to improve myself further, so | completed my training by becoming a certified real estate expert in order to acquire the difficult skill of fair valuation, much valued by large banks, corporations and individuals. It is with this specialism that will allow me to assist you in carrying out your project professionally, calmly and without stress!

I am French-born but my career has led me to travel to many countries, as a result of which I also speak English, Spanish and Italian in addition to a basic knowledge of German. So please come and talk to me!
